Booklet of Long Form Census 2020 Kutai Barat regency

The 2020 Population Census (SP2020) is Indonesia's effort to move towards one population data.The implementation of SP2020 switched to using a combination method through the utilization of population administration data from the Ministry of Home Affairs as basic data in the implementation of SP2020.The series of SP2020 activities are carried out in two stages.The first stage is population data collection using short forms and other instruments that have been carried out in 2020.The next stage of data collection is in the form of a sample census as a continuation of the population census using a questionnaire that contains more and more complex questions or is referred to as the SP2020 Long Form Data Collection.The SP2020 Long Form Data Collection was originally to be implemented in 2021, but the Covid-19 pandemic made the SP2020 Long Form Data Collection shifted to 2022.The SP2020 Long Form Data Collection is carried out to obtain accurate demographic parameters where the data collection is carried out by collecting more complete data not only related to demographic parameters, but also related to education, disability, employment and housing. The SP2020 Long Form data collection was carried out in all regions in Indonesia with a total sample size of 4,294,896 households in 268,431 census blocks (BS).

The SP2020 Long Form data collection is carried out to obtain accurate demographic parameters where the data collection is carried out by collecting more complete data not only related to demographic parameters, but also related to education, disability, employment and housing.The SP2020 Long Form data collection was carried out in all regions in Indonesia with a sample size of 4,294,896 households in 268,431 census blocks (BS). The SP2020 Long Form data collection was carried out only on selected sample households and the implementation was divided into two stages.The first stage is updating and the second stage is enumeration.Updating was carried out in the period May 15-31, 2022 to all households living in selected census blocks spread across 514 districts/cities throughout Indonesia.After updating, a sampling of 16 households was conducted.Only 16 households were selected as samples in each census block and then data collection with questionnaires in the period June 1-30, 2022.
